In addition to the practical projects for street children in Ghana, our organisation also works on several activities in the Netherlands. The aim of these activities is to raise awareness and spread knowledge on the problem of streetism and the life of street children, and to increase support for international development cooperation.
In this context the board of Adamfo Ghana is present at several events in order to speak about our work, and get in touch with interested individuals and organisations. Examples of events we regularly visit are the Africa day, the Partin day and The Hague African Festival. We also give presentations and information about the life of street children in Ghana to primary school students in the Netherlands.
